School has been killer so just a few notes on where I am at with EA.

• New glitches with EA’s PHP coding so the new layout is still in the process of being debugged.
• Putting MegaBLAST!!!, EA Bi-Monthly, and all the fanpage creations on hold.
• Love Com fanpage has moved to http://LoveCom.everythinganna.com

Now that the whirlwind of computer problems and midterms have passed, EA will be updating regularly… until finals that is. :p

Due to the ominous cloud of potential problems, EA is in the process of developing a “new” layout (i.e. one that looks the same but performs better to combat future updating/navigational errors using PHP.
After a devastating bout with a prolific virus I downloaded Kapersky (greatest anti-virus software ever hint hint) and I found out it blocked not only my google ads(nooo not my money maker!) it also blocked out my banner(nooo not my name!) because I named it the generic banner.gif which could potentially be an ad. To show it again you have to go into kapersky firewall options and deselect some of the settings. I will be remedying this with the new php layout, scheduled to be released on 3.17.08, but don’t hold your breath. I am notorious for procrastination.

Due to my full time schedule I haven’t the time to write a complete update, but here are some of the goals I have for the month.

1. New Design to appear on Cafe Press. Stay tuned for Bowl Moe :3
2. Removing extra sites. Can’t believe I ever thought I would have time to update other sites!
3. New flikr account. Will be posting pix as soon I have time.
4. Construction of AnnaSan.com.

Overview of Everything Anna in 2007

Development and production of the site was very slow, due to me learning how to code and what it takes to make a site great.  I have learned so much during 2007 that it’s hard to believe that at this time last year, I only knew how image tags worked in HTML, and those weren’t even guaranteed to work.

Some setbacks that I experienced last year were: excessive schooling, which is to be expected as a degree seeking individual, demanding work schedules, which is also to be expected if you want to afford living expenses and all those little extras, such as manga, anime, pocky and so on, free hosting, for those of us who think about costs in how many manga books you will not be able to buy, and confidence issues. But more so than all of that, the largest setback was truly myself, saying “I can’t” or “I don’t know how” even though I knew more than I needed to, was more than capable enough and had more than enough time to do so.  I was truly my own worst enemy.

2008 has a good feeling about it already as I am truly more capable than I was last January, am more confident in myself and in my abilities. I am willing to bite the bullet and do what needs to be done, and to top it off, I shelled out for hosting. (Nooooo…. 9 manga books worth gone, gone, gone…)
